With her Bachelor's in Organizational Communications, Abby has more than 20 years' experience in marketing, community relations, and training. In addition to marketing support, Abby works closely with the customer service teams to develop and implement training and tracking programs. Abby owns several vintage Volkswagens that she uses for daily driving, and knows how to use duct tape to keep them running!
